What's your water doing to you?

Little daily things you've stopped noticing. All of them fixable.

"I don't drink it, not even in my coffee."

The pool smell and the flat chemical taste are why the fridge stays full of plastic bottles.

The fix: carbon for the house, reverse osmosis for the glass

"It dries out my skin so bad, like a sunburn."

That tight feeling after showers is real, and hot water and soap do a lot of it. What our customers keep telling us is that showers feel different once the chlorine is out.

What carbon changes: chlorine out of every shower

"My glasses come out cloudy no matter what I try."

That film is the dissolved minerals your water carries, drying on the glass. Reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink gives you spot-free glasses, clear ice, and clean drinking water at that tap.

The fix: reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink

"I'm tired of buying cases of bottled water."

Hauling plastic bottles home gets old, and it adds up fast. Reverse osmosis gives you better-than-bottled water on tap for pennies a gallon, straight from your kitchen sink.

The fix: reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink

"Our water smells like rotten eggs."

Sulfur gas in well water makes the smell you've stopped noticing but your guests haven't. Iron adds the orange stains in tubs and laundry.

The fix: a well water system, matched to a tap test

"My hair never feels clean."

If your hair never feels rinsed clean, you're not imagining the feeling. Customers tell us it's one of the first things they notice changing on filtered water.

The fix: whole-home carbon filter

How it works

Three steps. No surprises at any of them.

1

We pull your neighborhood's report

Your water system publishes real lab data every year. We pull your neighborhood's report and show you exactly what's coming out of your taps. Nobody has to come run mystery tests in your kitchen.

2

You get a written plan and price

The system we recommend and the exact price, on paper, before any work. A softener is in it only if your water runs hard.

3

A licensed plumber installs it

A real licensed plumber does the install, keeps it tidy, and walks you through everything before leaving.

Common questions

How much does a system cost?

It depends on your water and your home. A drinking water system costs a lot less than a whole-home setup. You get the exact price in writing before any work starts. The scope is fixed on paper, and nothing changes unless you approve it first.

Do I need a water softener?

Depends whose water you have. The city systems we've checked all test soft, and the white film people blame on hard water here is usually silica and dissolved minerals, which a softener can't remove anyway. But dozens of local subdivisions run on their own private utilities, and their water can be very different. Wells are different again. Your neighborhood's report settles it. We'll show you your street's actual number, then you decide.

Do you test the water in my home?

Usually we don't need to. Your water system publishes real lab data every year, and we use your neighborhood's actual report. Wells are the exception, since they have no public reports, so those we test at the tap. And if you'd just feel better having your own tap tested, ask and we'll do it.

How long does installation take?

Most installs are done in a single visit. We schedule a window that works for you, and a licensed plumber handles the whole thing.

Do these systems need maintenance?

Yes. Filters need changing on a schedule, and if your setup includes a softener it needs salt. We tell you the schedule and the cost up front, and we can handle it for you on a schedule so you never think about it.

We're on well water. Can you help?

Yes. Wells are common on the Northshore and iron, sulfur smell, and sediment are all fixable. We test your well water first so the system matches what's actually in it.

My water seems fine. Is this worth it?

"Fine" water still carries chlorine or chloramine you taste and shower in every day, plus the dissolved minerals that spot your glasses and flatten your coffee. Every home benefits from filtration. Your neighborhood's numbers decide which package fits and whether a softener belongs in yours.

See your neighborhood's numbers, then decide.

Tell us a little about your water. Most of this happens by phone with your neighborhood's report on screen, no in-home visit unless you want one.
